If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, along with our stated Return and Shipping policies, do not access, use or order from this site. OS360 reserves the right, without notification, to make changes to these terms and conditions as well as our Return and Shipping policies. You accept responsibility to review this page prior to submitting an order on this website.
Acceptance of Orders
Office Source 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any order prior to shipping at our exclusive discretion. Customer information will be subject to verification.
Liability
The remedy for missing or damaged products in orders is reshipment of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of OS360. In the case of refund, the return of the product, at the request of OS360, may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse services and products to any corporation, business, public agency or private individual. Our webstore services and products, however any errors of any kind including pricing or content are subject to change at the discretion of management.
Invoices
Net 15/Net30 terms for qualified customers. Orders placed via this method is an acceptance of the fact that OS360 invoices via email and does not offer mailed invoicing as a service. Unpaid invoices will result in reporting of credit to various agencies.
Quantities
We reserve the right to limit quantities at our sole discretion.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product has been shipped and there was a typographical error, our sole responsibility is to pick up the product at our expense and refund the payment for the order.
Product Availability and Delivery Times
Products advertised for sale on Office Source 360 are subject to availability. When we are unable to provide a product you will not be charged for such products or your credit card will be issued credit. We are not responsible for any other compensation or losses you may incur for our inability to provide products.
Every attempt is made to deliver products in the time stated on product pages and as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are not guaranteed but are estimated times provided by manufacturers or distributors or are based on historical delivery times of previous orders.
We do not ship orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Price Changes
Product prices can change from time to time based on vendor or manufacturer cost changes or competitive market forces without notice.
Order Cancellation
Once placed order cannot be canceled or changed. Orders are processed quickly. Once the checkout process is completed our warehouses are notified immediately to complete your order. Please follow our Return procedures on orders placed and shipped. Undamaged orders which are refused delivery will have shipping costs deducted from any refund.

Warranty
Items serviced under warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Office Source 360.
